Thank you very much for being our real estate broker and selling our home so quickly at above listed price. We interviewed 3 agents during the selection process; we appreciated the fast that you came very well prepared and organized, you showed us several comparable/competing listings and were able to recommend a selling price immediately, therefore demonstrating your knowledge of the market. We were impressed by the fact that even though we signed the listing agreement in the evening, the next morning the pictures were taken, the listing was available on-line on the Realtor and your own websites and professionally looking brochures featuring our home were quickly put together and delivered. There is no doubt in our mind that you have a tremendous team working for you. You also had the opportunity to introduce us to some of your many contacts to repair a water leak due to the very bad rain storm a few days after listing the house; we appreciated the fact that you were able to get us at the front of the line and were given top priority to get the repair done. We knew you were totally dedicated to selling our house quickly and for top dollars when you were not prepared to review offers conditional to the sale of potential buyer's home, even from one of your own customer, therefore losing the opportunity of more revenues for yourself. However, what impressed us the most are your negotiation skills by obtaining a premium over listed price for a quick closing date and by limiting that amount of the price reduction due to the roof condition. This is the seventh time that we are selling houses because of relocations across Canada and we always used the services of top Royal LePage realtors; the Peter and Josie Racco team is the best of the best.
