Peter & Josie Racco
Peter and Josie are lifelong residents of Burlington, and have been in the Real Estate industry since 1986, specializing in Residential and Investment Real Estate in the Burlington, Waterdown, Flamborough, Hamilton, Oakville and the surrounding areas. Being honored and awarded with Royal LePage's most Prestigiuos award, the "The Chairmans Club" for over the past 13 years, which is comprised of the Top 1% of Sales Representatives for Royal Le Page across Canada. Being both born and raised in Burlington, the Racco's can offer their clients an extensive knowledge of the area, as well as its changing and expanding neighbourhoods.

Peter and Josie have 2 children and are actively involved with the community with Fundraising for McMaster Hospital, Client Appreciation events. Downtown Business Association, and sponsoring various sporting activites along with various clubs and Networking Associations.

The Racco Team is comprised of Peter and Josie Racco, Paul Busnello, Mike Stajduhar, Troy Noseworthy, and our Office Administrator Sue Edwards.

Paul Busnello – Licensed Sales Associate
Offers over 13 years of real estate experience. He is married and has two small children and is very involved within the Hamilton and Burlington communities. Upon his successful completion of his Bachelor of Technology in Architectural Degree, Paul started with Royal LePage and has since become an integral part of the Racco Team since 1988.

Paul has extensive knowledge of the real estate market from Grimsby to Oakville including the outlying areas of Flamborough, Glanbrook and Caledonia, and has experience working with buyers and sellers.

Paul’s hard work and dedication, along with his experience with working with a variety of homebuyers, has allowed him to offer personalized service and expertise in negotiating for the best interest of Peter and Josie’s clients. Whether you are looking for your dream home or looking to market your home for sale, Paul has the tools and the know how to move you in the right direction.

Mike Stajduhar – Licensed Sales Associate
Mike has been with the Racco Team for over a year. He is a graduate of Conestoga College. His real estate experience includes, Burlington and area as well as Cambridge, Kitchener and Waterloo.

Mike is actively involved with a variety of outdoor sports, including soccer. Because of his drive and energy, he is dedicated to making sure that all of Peter and Josie’s clients have the information they need to make the best, informed decision they can. Mike understands the challenges that buyers and sellers face, and he is determined to make the whole real estate experience a successful one for every client of the Racco’s.

Troy Noseworthy – Licensed Sales Associate
Although Troy is not new to real estate, he is one of the newest members of the Racco Team. Troy has vast real estate knowledge of Burlington, Waterdown, Flamboro and surrounding area. Troy is also actively involved in the community and particularly with Tucker’s Time Golf Tournament. This Tournament assists to raise funds to aid in research to find a cure for Mitochondrial Disease.

Sue Edwards – Unlicensed Adminstrative Assistant
Sue has worked in the administrative and customer service field of real estate for 20 plus years. Originally from London Ontario, Sue moved to Burlington 7 years ago to be with her husband and to raise their family in this great City of ours. Sue works with the Racco team as an unlicensed adminstrative assistant. Her love for people, passion to help and knowledge of the business is what makes Sue a great addition to our team. With the administrative assistance of Sue, our clients feel comfortable and confident from the beginning to end of their real estate needs.
